Coffee, chocolate and sugar are three staples that are enjoyed all over the world, yet for many people their origins remain a mystery. On this tour you’ll explore the plantation and nursery; learn about the history and cultural importance of these staples in the Americas; and discover the complex, incredible processes that turn these plants into your favorite foods.

You’ll get to see and participate in the harvesting, drying, roasting, grinding and preparation of coffee, chocolate and sugarcane … Most importantly, you will get to taste the fruits of your labour!
