RESERVATION POLICIES

At Experiences Costa Rica, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free reservation process for all our valued customers. To ensure a smooth experience, we have implemented the following reservation policies:

Booking Confirmation:

All reservations must be confirmed through our official website, WhatsApp or email. A confirmation email or message through WhatsApp will be sent to you once your reservation is successfully processed.

Reservation Deposit:

To secure your booking, a deposit may be required at the time of reservation. The deposit amount and payment method will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refunds:

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, kindly notify us at least seven days in advance. Refunds for cancellations made within the specified period will be subject to our cancellation policy, which will be detailed during the booking process.

No-Show Policy:

100% no refundable.

Group Reservations:

For group bookings, special terms and conditions may apply. Our reservations team will provide you with all the necessary information for group reservations.

Late Arrival:

Please arrive at the designated meeting point or check-in area on time. We cannot guarantee the availability of your reservation for late arrivals.

Changes to Reservations:

Any changes to the reservation details, such as the number of participants or dates, are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

Weather Conditions:

In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Experiences Costa Rica reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations for the safety and best interests of all participants. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided.
